Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the sixth nonconsecutive week. The single is Shaboozey’s first No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 of his breakout career, and his crossover hit also sits atop the Hot Country Songs chart for the 10th week. “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” is now tied for the most weeks as the top single on the Hot 100 chart in 2024, equaling the six nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 for Post Malone’s “I Had Some Help,” featuring Morgan Wallen, earlier this summer.

There is little movement on the Billboard Hot 100 Top 5 this week, with Malone and Wallen’s “I Had Some Help” staying put at No. 2, Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” sticking at No. 3, and Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” holding at No. 4. The only change in this week’s Top 5 is from Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather,” which jumps up two spots to No. 5, bolstered by Eilish’s performance of the song as part of the 2024 Summer Olympics closing ceremony on August 11.
