Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Ordered To Pay $100 Million In Sexual Assault Judgment

A Michigan man has won a $100 million sexual-assault judgment against Sean “Diddy” Combs. The $100 million judgment was issued Monday (September 9) by a Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge in favor of Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith. The ruling describes him as a “Michigan inmate known for his long history of challenging the judicial system with civil lawsuits.” Cardello-Smith’s lawsuit claims that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party held in Detroit back in 1997.

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years,” said Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo. “His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.”

In other Diddy news, he just listed his Los Angeles home on the market for $61.5 million. Combs’ Holmby Hills neighborhood mansion is a “17,000-square-foot home featuring 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and a two-story guest house.” (Variety)
