Dolly Parton has just shared two additional songs that are featured in her upcoming music and docuseries project, Smoky Mountain DNA – Family, Faith & Fables. The country legend also disclosed the entire 37-song track list for the forthcoming collection, which was recorded by Parton and her family members. Parton shared the title track to the album, which is a brand new song she wrote herself. A press release describes the tune as “an overarching theme that celebrates the musical roots and heritage of her family.”

The other number, “A Rose Won’t Fix It,” features Parton reworking a song that she originally wrote and recorded for her 1988 album, Hungry Again, which was ultimately left off the album. This updated version of “A Rose Won’t Fix It” features Dolly’s niece Heidi Parton as the lead vocalist, with Dolly providing backing vocals on the track. Smoky Mountain DNA – Family, Faith & Fables is set for release on November 15, with the album accompanied by a four-part docuseries that will focus on Parton’s musical ancestry. (Rolling Stone)
