Wynonna Judd‘s 28-year-old daughter, Grace Kelley, was arrested in Georgia on Saturday (August 3), and booked in Carroll County Jail on three counts. Kelley was eventually released the following day on $2,750 bond, according to the arrest record. Kelley, the daughter of Judd and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly, according to the record of her arrest. Back in April, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
Then, only one week later on April 11, Kelley was charged with exposing “her breasts and lower body” on a highway in Alabama, and was charged with soliciting prostitution, which was eventually dropped and the indecent exposure charge was lessened to public lewdness. Six years ago, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison, following her arrest for possession of meth in 2016 and subsequently violating her probation by leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.
